Our company offers stationary bevelmachine solutions for industrial use. Our bevelmachines are special on the market because they are having a table frame where the pipe is clamped on the clampset that is on the frame of the machine. These stationary pipe bevelmachine are very usefull for big batch sizes and thicker pipes. our most sold machines are between pipe sizes from 0.5" up to 24". Herewith below I briefly introduce the different models that we have in bevelmachinery:
- Beaver 3 S bevelmachine is covering pipe sizes from 0.5 up to 3 inch
- Beaver 8 S bevelmachine is covering pipe sizes from 1" to 8"
- Beaver 16 S bevelmachine is covering pipe sizes from 2" to 16"
- Beaver 24 S bevelmachine is covering pipe sizes from 8" to 24"
Copier Bevelmachines manufactures and engineers it's own machinery and the company offers also custom made solutions.

Besides the fact that they are fast in bevelling the set up of the tooling in the chuck is easy to adapt to different pipe diameters within the range of the machine. changing the tools to another pipe diameter will take you about one minute only.
The above mentioned bevelmachines are easy and straight forward to use, you clamp the pipe, you adjust the toolingset to the correct pipe diameter, you close the lid and you start the machine and start feeding. the actual bevelling process is in most cases done within 3 minutes.
For the bevel machine you need tool holders in order to get the right bevelshape.
in the chuck of the bevel machine you can mount up to four different toolholders at the same time.
this means for example that you could use two toolholder to cover the V-bevel which is the external angle, this is in most cases 30 or 37.5 degrees. the other two positions you could use for 90 degrees facing of the land and the last one you could use for inside bevelling or so called tapering of the pipe.
Copier Bevelmachines is the industrial manufacturer of pipe bevelmachines, pipe cutting and bevelling machines and pipe welding machines.
