The machinery that we offer are stationary machines that make welding edges on metal pipes and tubes.
this process is also called beveling, bevelling or chamfering. The way our machines work is that the metal pipe is clamped on the frame of the machine and a rotating chuck within cutting inserts is taking away the steel material under an angle to get the required bevel angle on the pipe end, this produces is also called machining or pipe finishing.
This machining or beveling is done by various toolholders with cutting bits and up to 4 tool holders could be used when beveling pipes.
We offer a wide range of machine models that are manual, automatic or even CNC controlled.
go to this webpage for the different machine types for beveling.
Besides that different controls on the machine we offer for pipe beveling also different machine models for different pipe diameters, our models range from 0.5" up to 56" ( in milimeter this is up to 1420 mm in diameter)
